DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed and despatched within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. All deliveries are sent via courier or Australia Post. Normally delivery lead times are 5 – 12 days depending on the area. Busy periods and remote areas may take longer.
All deliveries through Australia post are tracked when leaving an email address on your order and in accordance with Liquor Licencing Laws a signature is required with identification upon delivery. Wines can not be delivered to, ordered on behalf of, or accepted by person/s under the age of 18 years old.
Wine orders can be delivered to any nominated address, including post office boxes. If the person accepting the delivery is not there to sign when delivery is attempted and no further delivery instructions have been noted by the customer, the courier or Australia Post will leave an attempted delivery card in the letterbox directing you to collect your order at the local post office. All uncollected orders held by the courier or Australia Post after 7 days will be returned to Atom Wines PTY LTD, if you wish to have your order re-sent a delivery fee will apply.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
